Meet the Flint Facilities Maintenance Team
Flint Facilities Maintenance has a team of experienced Project managers and trained field crews with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. The Management Team or Owners bring more than 80 years of combined experience in the industry. Each of the owners began at the bottom and worked their way up to the Management level. You will often see them out on the job-sites working along with the field crews.

Chris Koon, Vice President of Flint Facilities Maintenance
Chris joined Flint Facilities Maintenance in 2014 as Vice President, Project Manager, and Estimator. He began his career in the construction industry in 1997 and has gained hands-on experience in the field and the administrative office side of the business. He oversees the day-to-day operations in a skillful, thorough manner. He is precise in every area of his job, always striving to bring a calming, professional approach in every situation.
Hayden Bishop, Project Manager
Born and raise in Meriwether County, GA, Hayden started his career right out of high school in the construction industry. He began his construction career in plumbing, which led to working with a general contractor doing multiple family properties and then led him to doing larger commercial construction projects. After working as an independent contractor for a few years, he joined Flint Facilities and Maintenance team in 2021 as a Project Manager for the company. His background includes multiple family construction, large steel erection, and large structural concrete. Hayden has all thirty-hour OSHA training, along with other training from the American General Contractors Association. Hayden thrives to deliver all jobs on a timed schedule with the best finish product.
